We are a group of Social Workers registered with the HCPC with solid operational and service level experience in a variety of disciplines within adult social care.  We can support our customers with delivering their change agendas in a focussed and timely manner, embedding ourselves within departments to affect that change.
We've seen how social care has changed over the last ten years and how local authorities want to change how they go about their business.  We have the skills to support our partners to deliver change in such a way that ensures that your customers remain the priority. 
As practicing social workers ourselves, we understand the importance of delivering that change in a way that is legally literate.
